Transportation of the exhibits to fairs and exhibitions
We provide exhibition and congress services for events that take place in selected Prague hotels (e.g. the Hilton, Marriott or Intercontinental), at the PVA Letňany exhibition centre and Prague Congress Centre. We also cooperate with the organizers of the official participation of the Czech Republic in international fairs and exhibitions abroad.
We offer the following services:

Complete forwarding services for exhibitions, fairs, congresses and presentation events that take place abroad:
- We arrange transportation (air transportation, international haulage, groupage service, sea transportation - FCL/LCL, rail transportation) to particular destinations/venues of an event and back to the Czech Republic after the event
- Customs clearance of the consignments - to the non-member countries of EU (issue of JSD, JSDd, issue and clearance of ATA carnet, TIR carnet) both for export from the Czech Republic and re-import after the end of the event
- Arrangement of consignment insurance against the usual risks during the transport to the event, during the event and during the return transport
- Handling services and services connected with the delivery of the consignments to the destination/to the stand including the arrangement of workers and machinery for the handling, storage of the packaging, etc. through the network of our contract agents/forwarding partners abroad
- Warehousing of the consignments before and after the event

- Customs clearance of the consignments from the non-member countries of EU (final import, temporary import/customs admission, clearance of ATA carnet, TIR carnet) both for the import to the Czech Republic and for the re-export from the Czech Republic after the event
- Handling services and services connected with the delivery of the consignments to the destination/to the stand including the arrangement of workers and machinery for handling work
- Warehousing of the consignments before and after the event, storage of the empties during the event
- Delivery of packaging material after the event
- Consultancy in the area of fair forwarding, customs clearance and related issues
